Keinan Deal To Be Finalized in 48 Hours.

Blackpool FC will make Israel Defender Dekel Keinan their first summer signing in the next 48 hours.

The defender is waiting for his work permit and will join the club once it has been resolved.

'Hopefully Dekel will get his work permit in the next couple of days,' Holloway told the Blackpool Gazette.

          'He'll be able to take part in the other games here in Devon.'
