FROZEN MARGARITA
Ingredients:
•1/2 oz. Cointreau
•1 1/2 oz. tequila
•1 oz. lemon juice
or lime juice
•Lime slice
•salt
or sugar/salt mixture

Mixing instructions:

Use 1-1/2 to 2 cups of ice for each drink. Add tequila, triple sec, ice and juice to blender and mix for 10 seconds (depending on blender) until mix is slushy but firm. Avoid letting it become to watery. Pour into large chilled cocktail glass. The chilled glass rim should be rubbed with lime juice and coated with salt before adding mix. Garnish with lime slice.

PINEAPPLE MARGARITA SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
•3/4 oz. tequila
•1/4 oz. Orange liqueur
•1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks
•1 tsp. lime juice

Mixing instructions:
Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until blended. Increase speed until mixture is smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with a pineapple spear.
Use a Margarita Glass for an authentic touch.

PRICKLY PEAR MARGARITA
Ingredients:
•3/4 oz. lime juice
•2 1/2 oz. Lemonade
•1/2 oz. Cointreau
•1 1/2 oz. prickly pear juice
•1 1/2 oz. tequila
•Lime slice

Mixing instructions:
Mix all ingredients (except lime slice) with ice in a shaker or blender. Serve in a chilled double Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with lime slice.

WATERMELON AND APPLE MARGARITA
Ingredients:
•2 oz. Tequila Herradura Silver
•1/2 oz. Agave nectar
•1/2 oz. lime juice
•1 Apple fan
•1 oz. Pressed apple juice
•1 oz. Watermelon juice

Mixing instructions:

In celebration of National Margarita Day, mixologist and Tequila Herradura brand ambassador Mark Drew has created a unique twist on the classic cocktail, incorporating fresh watermelon and apple flavors that play off of the sweet freshness of the margarita.

Place all liquid ingredients in a Boston glass or a shaker. Fill with ice.

Shake hard and strain into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass.

Garnish with an apple fan and enjoy!
